Kale and Microgreen Salad

There are many creative ways to use our oils and vinegars, but sometimes I like to go back to basics and just have a good salad. For this one I used our Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar, and our Blood Orange Fused EVOO. I just put together what I had on hand to make this beautiful salad. Red Kale, dinosaur kale, tomatoes, arugula microgreens and shaved carrot on top. I always massage my kale with a little salt and olive oil to make it less tough. Even my family members who don't love salad enjoyed this one. Let us know if you try it! - Jess
